Student Council Meeting (lunchtime)

Josh sat at the desk in his classroom, grinning to see the members of the Student Council again.

"Hey," he said. "Any rumors that might be floating around about how I skipped town so I didn't have to chaperone the trip to England are entirely true." He looked around. "Except not."

He kicked his feet up. "So what'd I miss?"

"I'll get working on posters," Isabel said. "I'll have some up by Monday. What common room are we taking over this time." It's business as usual today.

"My game, my floor. Third sound good?" Peter asked.

"I think I can handle a flight of stairs. Third floor it is," Isabel said. "If we're doing Risk at the beginning of the month, do you think we should try to do the trivia night at the end of the month?"

"If so I'll need to start collecting topics for the more foreign of the students." She shook her head. "And that's just a bit ironic."

"Maybe some students could get in touch with their home dimensions," Angel suggested. "Get trivia cards from there. Help level the playing field a little."

Isabel looked at Angel, pretty sure then that he hadn't heard the radio broadcast. "That's what we were thinking with having the questions. But pre-made trivia questions would be a big help."

Angel had not, in fact, listened to the radio as he hadn't bothered to listen to it for weeks now. Making my life much easier "You think maybe a suggestion box where people could drop off questions and answers? Though how could we make sure people don't end up getting their own questions?"

"If we have enough questions I don't it'll be that big a deal. If someone gets a question from their home planet," Isabel twitched as she said that. "It's really no different then you or I getting a question from a category we're really good in."

"Sounds good to me. I would have gotten to this game night sooner, but things were kind of hectic for a while. Next weekend should be pretty light, though, right?"

Peter laughed a little at the "ironic" crack. At least she could joke about the whole thing.

Isabel rolled her eyes. "We can only hope."
