"Welcome back to Flight," Anakin said. "I hope you all enjoyed yourselves yesterday and that the gremlin poison has worn off for those of you who were bit. Today we're going to fly another spaceship, this time a YT-1300 freighter, which is kind of the...busted-up, broken-down car of my universe. This one comes complete with hidden compartments and plenty of other not-extremely-legal upgrades, including weaponry. It's also approximately three hundred years old, and is constantly in need of repairs. Sometimes that's the ship you can afford, though," Anakin concluded. "Most people don't get a brand new ship as their first one. So today you'll learn to fly a ship with some...quirks."

It's a good thing you're in a flight simulator, kids. Just sayin'.

Poke at the hidden compartments! Play ~~weird space chess~~ dejarik! Get a look at the engines, weapons and lightspeed set up. None of which will be breaking.

Cough.

Really.

"When was the last time this thing was cleaned?"

Important question.

"It's been a while," Anakin said. "Probably at least a decade."

Sabine shook her head. For a while. "No."

"I would recommend hand sanitizer," Anakin said. "Lots of it."

Through an asteroid field! These things show up a lot more often than you'd think.

The Falcon is a lot bigger than the X-Wing from last week, plus it's not as symmetrical, so it's going to take a bit of finesse to learn how to spin it correctly.

Flying a freighter was fine, Sabine was okay with that. The problem was that not-so legal upgrades didn't get labeled and she wasn't sure she knew what a bunch of controls did.

It's a 300 year old space jalopy, so something's bound to go wrong. It's part of the ship's charm!

Time to do a quick check! Is it the shielding? The hyperdrive? The oxygen?

[OOC: It's totally the hyperdrive, but take your time figuring it out!]

"I hate this thing," Sabine complained, going straight for a diagnostic check.

Or throw macrame at him. Whatever.

Solo opens this weekend. I HAD TO.
