While the lunch set out on the table consisted of the usual arrangement of pizza, sandwiches, and salads, there were also a lot of pumpkin-flavored sweets since it was that time of year.

"Parents Weekend went very well, you should all be proud of yourselves," she said, once everyone was sitting down. "I hope everyone is planning on going on our trip next week, but first, we've got to get some plans in place for Homecoming. For those who are new, Homecoming weekend is when we welcome people back to the island who have graduated or lived here before. If nothing else, it gives us an opportunity to have a dance night and expend some of the substantial glitter supply this school has." So much glitter, always. "Typically, there's a theme to the dance night, so if there's any kind of decorating you all would like to do, now is the time to mention it."

Please, let it be something that involves the glitter supplies.

Tip grabbed herself a couple slices of pizza and some salad and grabbed a seat. Last weekend's bowling night had gone quite well, so she was feeling pretty good.
