All of Jughead's possessions fit inside a single backpack.

He didn't mind it. At least it was crammed as full as it could be crammed, that was good enough for him. And if he could keep people from figuring out that was the case, even better. This was supposed to be a break from –– everything. Riverdale and all associated drama.

Still, when he arrived in the lounge and checked his phone, he found himself wondering whether Archie even remembered he was moving today.

Whatever.

He dropped his backpack on the floor and leaned against the wall. Good. This seemed like a decent spot to stand in while eyeing everyone else warily.

Jason was just going to gingerly tear that package open. Slowly.

He breathed a sigh of relief when it actually worked, this time. Airport candy wasn't cheap, you know.

"Breakfast of champions," he said with a bit of a smirk.

"Agreed," Jughead replied, with a dry hint to his tone, but not necessarily an unfriendly one. At least this guy didn't have a sword, flaming or otherwise. "You heading to this Fandom place too? Summer school, or whatever it is?"

Oh, he definitely had a sword. Just not on him, because secret identity and also it would not have qualified as an approved carryon.

"Reform school, yeah," Jason rolled his eyes. At least, that was the story as far as he knew it.
