Today's final class was taking place in an airport. Anakin, at least, was smiling evilly. "All of your training this semester has been leading to this moment: taking an international flight on United Airlines."

"To do this, you must combine patience, strategy, conversation, and reticence," Obi-Wan said serenely, gesturing at the large line before customs behind him. "All necessary qualities in a diplomat."

"This will be fun," Anakin said, nodding.

Anakin was meaning for him and Obi-Wan.

"I believe explaining more will ruin the exercise," Obi-Wan said, gesturing, "So please, begin."

Task #1

You are behind someone getting their ticket through the automated kiosk. This is clearly the Very First Time they have ever seen a computer in their lives.

Don't kill them, even though they've now scanned their passport four times.

Task #2

You are now in the line for customs! The family in front of you can't find their passports and two of their children are now sobbing. You have an hour to reach your gate before you board, and the line is craaaaawling. What do you do?

Task #3

You're getting a snack before the flight and the person in front of you is trying to pay for their water and magazine with the wrong currency. What do you do?

Task #4

Even though you've already been through customs and immigration, before you get on the plane they are asking to see your documentation. Again. For the third time. And they're telling you it's not in order, though it was in order the last two times. They're saying a small fee (in cash, naturally) will make the problem disappear. What do you do?

Task #5

Everyone's seated but the announcement comes that they have overbooked the flight and they are offering you 8 dollars and five packs of peanuts to leave your seat. What do you do?
