Creative Cooking with a Focus on Pudding - Thursday 3rd Period

"Today," Wonka addressed the class, "we're going to change course a little bit. We've focused on the flavor and texture of food, but it's time to consider the exterior."

There were all sorts of commonly detested foods on display. Brussels Sprouts and other maligned vegetables, unflavored tofu and strongly fishy fish, marmite, liver, tripe and more.

"Today, I want you to make any of the foods you've already created in class, but you must use one of the ingredients on display. No cheating, pick something you despise. Decorate it into a fine dessert, and feed it to someone else this week. Bonus points if you can make something so scrumptious-looking that another student in this classroom agrees to it it today."

He clapped his hands. "Get to it!"

Ada-- wasn't cooking.

She looked rather miserable instead, sinking down in her chair as if trying to disappear completely.

She liked tofu, she liked vegetables, and there was no way she was going to be able to make something with meat in it. Or worse, fish.

"Vegetarian," she said with a little shrug. "I like all th' things I can eat, an' can't eat th' rest."

Kuzco was totally cackling to himself as he made the world's grossest Brussel sprout ice cream for Rhys.
