Creative Cooking With a Focus on Pudding - Thursday 3rd Period
Today's class didn't start when the students entered the room.
It started a hallway and a half away, when the scents hit them. Vanilla, chocolate. Toffee, caramel. As soon as one's nose identified one smell, another would waft into awareness.
This time, the room was filled with cookies, and all of them were fresh.
At the front of the room, on his desk, Wonka had set up a chart. Several different chocolate chip cookies were on display, grouped according to ingredient ratios.
"All biscuits are not equal. Subtle changes in the recipe can make ginormous results! So today, it isn't enough to mimic the provided recipe. It doesn't matter if you make a simple sugar cookie or a ginger snap or whatever! Whichever you decide to make, I want to see three different versions. Vary the types of sugar, use baking soda, baking powder, sugary soda!"
He took a small sip from a a clear soda bottle, floated a few inches, covered a small burp, then dropped back to the ground.
"Whoops, that's the wrong soda..."
Around the room, several cookies began to float into the air.
"Well, I'm sure those won't be an issue. Let's go!"

Re: Bake those cookies!
Also, floating cookies! What could possibly go wrong with floating cookies?

Wonka wasn't finished baking today, either. He might have accidentally bumped a refrigerator along the way, and it might have just so happened to open, and within there may have been a bright pink bottle hand labeled, "Fizzy Lifting Drinks: Burp in case of emergencies."

Pinkie grabbed up that pink bottle with a
n evil cackledelighted giggle and set about seeing if different cookie densities changed the height and speed of the floating effect. All while floating ever higher off the floor herself.Naturally.
