It was 'National Weatherperson's Day'.
Rufus only knew this because a book on various holidays on Earth had shuffled over to him as soon as he'd entered the library and pointed the fact out.
There was no way Rufus actually cared about the holiday, since it seemed like a ridiculous one, but there were many, many books and only one him (Dark Nation didn't really count) so, with a sigh, he got to work helping the books set out a proper display about… weather people.
He seriously doubted anyone would care. Dark Nation tried to help, but the books didn't want his help, funnily enough.
