Student Council, Lunchtime

Since pizza had gone over well the last few weeks, Zoe had plain and pepperoni pizzas out, as well as one box of vegetable-covered pizza in case anyone wanted to pretend to be healthy.

"Good afternoon. Even though it's a few weeks away, we need to talk about Homecoming, since we'll be away on break next week," she said. "Typically, the council comes up with a theme for decorating for the dance, and tickets are sold throughout the week. We get quite a few graduates who come back to visit, so it's always a nice weekend." When things didn't go haywire, at least. "Does anyone have any ideas for how we could decorate things this year?"

She doubted the apocalypse idea would get through this process. Might as well relent to there being glitter.

"What are the Purging Fires of the Future? Perhaps they would go well with candelabra?"
