Life Soundtrack, Period 3 - Thursday

There wasn't music playing when students arrived this time. But that was because YouTube couldn't keep any of the videos up long enough before a zealous legal team got them pulled down. Or just the audio part removed.

"Beyoncé is hardcore," Deadpool muttered sullenly. Then, much more cheerful, "Movie day! Aren't you all glad?"

Or maybe not. Who knew. Kids these days were so contrary.

"We're watching Lemonade, which may I add, is incredibly hard yo find a copy of outside of that stupid Tidal program. But jokes on them, I get a free month before I have to pay. If I remember to cancel the subscription. God, I hope I remember." A beat. "But I digress. Watch and feel super artsy. Maybe dissect the imagery for subtle meanings or something. I majored in finance, not English."

Did he really major in finance? Who really knew?

"I would have supplied popcorn, but I just didn't feel like it."

Is this what relationships were supposed to be like? Because Ahsoka was starting to suspect that there were more reasons Jedi weren't supposed to be in them than she'd been taught.

Yeah, this was a little more information than Mara was comfortable knowing. She was remembering it anyway because, well, spy, but still.

Mabel's eyes were just... getting very wide. Wider and wider as the movie progressed.

She was learning things. Strange and terrifying things.
