Life Soundtrack - Period 3, Thursday

Well, the class should start getting used to music just being on while they showed up to be taught at. Or rambled at. Same thing.

"Okay, so today we're going to be looking at songs used to woo that special lady. Or gentleman. Or maybe sentient being of some variety. I'm not judging you--that's a lie, I'm judging you a lot if it's a stuffed animal or one of those body pillows."

Those things were just so creepy.

"So, the task for today is to come up with the song that would play in the background while you look at the future love of your life for the first time," Deadpool said, holding up his hands like he was framing it for a movie. "Or seeing them for the first time after they got hot." Which was a great trope, to be honest. But not as important here. 

Another song blasted out of his phone at that. "Ooops, saving that sucker for the sequel. Get brainstorming, you little rapscallions. Blow my fucking mind." A beat. "Oh, and Mabel is the TA. Because I want to see where this goes."

Oh, this one was easy. Not that Mabel had been thinking about that particular question before or anything at all, honest...

... Look, her entire soundtrack couldn't possibly be adorably meta. Her canon had only gone on for two seasons.

"I don't know, maybe Carly Rae Jepsen's Run Away With Me (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeccAtqd5K8)?" Mayday said. She was hesitant to pick a love song, much as in her personal life she hadn't gone after the boy she really wanted. Working on layers here. At least two of them.

Strangely enough figuring out which love songs applied to them was not highly encouraged at any point of a Jedi's training. Further this was not perhaps the best week for Ahsoka to have tried broadening her musical horizions.
