Top speed on these things is not very much. They do not turn on a dime, they do not stop on a dime, and taking out other motorists is generally a bad idea. Now, I'm not going to put you on the highway at rush hour or anything, but there will be traffic, and if you take out another car then obviously that won't do any damage to your ride, but you will be sent back to the starting line.
