Fitness and Health, Tuesday, Period 4

Bond's class were in the Danger Shop again, but rather than last week's snow, there was a rather odd collection of harnesses and bungie cords hanging from the roof of a simulated gym.

"Good afternoon," Bond greeted them. "Now, in honour of the fact that it's International Women's Day today, we'll be taking part in a sport that's traditionally women only on a professional level, albeit modified to take into account the class's circumstances."

Yes, it seemed that Bond had put considerable thought into how to do a class on synchcronised swimming when one of the people involved could not go in the water.

These harnesses are rather snug, aren't they?

Once everyone was in harness, they would have found that the ingenious system of cords and pulleys had them all dangling in mid air at the same height, with various movements requiring about the same effort as if they'd been in water.

Truly, Bond needed a bloody hobby.

Then music started up, good luck keeping up as Bond led you through your routine.
