Student Council [Lunchtime]

Zoe had a table full of warm lunch foods for the students when they arrived, as well as assorted chocolate things. "Thank you all for coming," she said once everyone was seated and fed. "As some of you are probably aware, next week will be the week of Valentine's Day. We'll be having a dance next Friday, and this is the one time of year where boatloads of glitter might actually be appropriate. During the week, we'll sell tickets and also sell flowers that people can send to their friends and loved ones." Or enemies, but that didn't happen very often, thankfully. "Do you all have any questions?"

Alana was all about the chocolate things. She was pretty sure they counted as a food group this close to Valentine's Day.

It was near Valentine's Day, which was a literal invitation from Hallmark to eat candy, and who was Gwen to refuse that?

Eric was here for the food, yes, but also the romantic in him really kind of loved Valentine's Day, in a wistful someday-I-will-have-someone-to-share-it-with kind of way.

Tali maaaaaaaybe left extra room on her plate for the dextro chocolates. Hush. She could get behind this holiday if there were chocolates. The glitter, though . . . she made a mental note to bring extra filters to the dance.
