Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II
Picnic-ing in January - still not the best idea ever! But there were tables and chairs set up in the sun, and a nice bonfire going, and plenty of warm food for everyone to encourage socializing for as long as possible.
[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

Re: General Mingling [Spring 2016]
Lucille's voice was taking on a tone of unkindness. Perhaps it was because the girl used 'fun' in every other sentence.
Re: General Mingling [Spring 2016]
"I definitely think so!" Ringo agreed. And clearly Lucille did, too!

"Now, shouldn't you demonstrate what you can do with these shoes?" Lucille suggested, hoping to be able to escape the conversation and Ringo during the demonstration.
[And soon sleep!]
Re: General Mingling [Spring 2016]
Those little snow patches were spread all over the place. "Hmm, there aren't any particularly good spaces around here. One moment." She pursed her lips thoughtfully, then nodded to herself. With a sharp whine, Ringo spun in place a couple of times, then launched herself up and out, into a clear little space a few feet away, still spinning and plowing up a little circle of snow around her. It sprayed outward, but she was careful not to let it spray far enough to actually hit Lucille.
"There we go," she declared, pleased at the little circle cleared of snow.

[I apologize for her ;) ]
Re: General Mingling [Spring 2016]
"I hope everything's okay," Ringo murmured softly, shrugging to herself. She'd have to make a note to offer another demonstration next time they ran into each other, since Lucille had missed this one.
