School Auditorium: MSND Rehearsal (1-5 p.m. FST)

All members of the production got an email this morning telling them to report to the auditorium at 1 p.m. EST to rehearse acts I and II and the "extra" bits of the play. When they gather, they will find Dream sitting on the bare stage, looking rather impatient.

"You are here to rehearse the play. I believe you can manage that. If you are playing the Tooth Fairy,
Steve Austin, Jaime Sommers, Lobster, Drunken Pirate, Kickass Ninja or Chuck Norris, please report to the orchestra pit to discuss your roles with me. Otherwise, read through Acts I and II in their entirety."

That said, Dream moves to the orchestra pit and takes a seat. He may be waiting for the student directors to join him.

Xander grabbed a script and buried his face in it just to stop himself from choking.

Parker fell off her chair. "Okay, I think... heh. I think the lobster? Must definitely stay in the play. Heee." She wrote on her script and nodded definitively. "Cally will be thrilled!"

Lobster!Nadia made an affirming lobster noise, and Nadia finally burst into giggles.

"I'll have to teach her how to make the noise."

Allie wandered over.

"Sorry I'm late guys, I just now checked my email. ~~translation? my mun forgot to send me!~~"

Lobster!Nadia made an angry lobster noise at Ally. It could have been either a reprimand for being late, or one for interrupting her lobsterness.

Of course, the fact that everyone was giggling insanely meant it might have been a "why are they laughing at me?!!1!!" noise.

Finally making her way to the stage, Callisto blinked at Nadia.

Then wondered whether she should have taken Veronica's advice about resting properly.

Nadia waved and clacked her "claws" at Callisto.

Callisto still bemused clacked back to Nadia. "I thought Cally was the lobster?"

"She is, but the fairies got bored, so we recast the play."

"Right," Callisto grinned. "Does this mean I can do someting other than doormat girl?"

"Ooo," said Nadia. "Maybe you could be the ninja!"

"Or Vin Diesel?" Xander suggested. "Which okay, not on the cast list, but we have a Chuck Norris; we can't not have a Vin Diesel."

Callisto did not reply.

Because ninjas do not speak.

Instead she looked silent and deadly.

Which could apply to Vin Diesel too, so...

Ninja Diesel.

Xander approved.

Ninja Diesel was not shaving her head.

Just so we're clear.

Xander was okay with this. Some allowances had to be made for the fact that it was a high school production, after all.

Ninja Diesel started doing ninja-y things.

Like physics defying backward leaps into the rafters.

Xander, who didn't actually have any reason to remain silent, since he wasn't a ninja, silently admired the spunkily physics-defiant ninja, and maybe leered a little, and maybe was a teeny bit happy that he could leer at Vin Diesel without anybody looking at him weirdly.

Ninja Diesel decided handsprings were the way to go.

Most people probably wouldn't have done handsprings while wearing skirts, but Ninja Diesel cared not for such things.

Xander appreciated Ninja Diesel's ~~taste in underclothing~~ devil-may-care attitude.

Lobster!Nadia clacked her claws and made a noise of approval.
