Boone signed in, sat down, and took the mid-term. He probably did okay, except for fudging a couple of the dates.

After finishing, he followed likeanomgninjastalker! out the door. "Hey," he said. "What's up?"

"That was my last midterm exam," Allie said, still smiling. "And after my Sociology class, I'm done until after break. How are you?"

"I've got music still. And speech and music tomorrow." He admitted. "Are you doing anything over break?"

"I'm going on the school trip to England," she said. "It seemed more exciting than going home to New Jersey. What about you?"

He grinned, slightly taken aback by how pleased he was to hear this. "So am I. Have you ever noticed how sometimes it feels like some outside force is controlling our lives? It sounded better than California. My family...uh, have you ever seen Clueless? Um, not that I've ever watched it or anything."

"Oh good," Allie said. "I wasn't sure if there'd be anyone going that I knew." She blushed. "I mean, if you wanted to hang out."

She ducked her head. "Yeah, I've seen Clueless. Is that what your family is like?"

"That would be great," he said, not noticing the blush.

"And, yeah. Well, at least with my stepdad and my sister, at any rate. Sorta."

"Wow I can't imagine living with someone that shallow," Allie said.

"She's not that shallow...all the time." He protested...weakly.

Then smiled. "How about your family? Any superficial siblings?"

"I have one brother and one sister and I'm the middle child, so I get along with both of them pretty well. Usually end up as the mediator in their squabbles," she said with a smile.

He laced his fingers behind his head, looking at her face. Like male characters often do in shoujo anime. "So there's no such thing as the middle kid syndrome?" He asked playfully.

Allie laughed. "Only if you've watched too many sitcoms."

Lyta arrived and breezed through the mid-term. She was feeling a bit upbeat as she turned in her blue book.

Macbeth signed in and took the test. He understood most of the questions, but he's disappointed that he can't find anything about Mickey Mouse or Lancelot reaching Orgasm in the questions. It's a shame, too. He had actually taken notes that class.

John did not picture the shadow people from Revolutionary Girl Utena wrote his pencil blunt on the test. It was decent.
