Clint gave his students a wave as they showed up at the beach today, where he had surfboards, body boards, rafts, and water guns set out. "Hey guys. This is our last class together, and if you were hoping for an exam, I'm sorry to disappoint you," he said, laughing. "Instead, I figured I'd give you one last chance to work on your surfing skills, or your water fight skills, or your relaxing skills. It's been really nice to meet you, especially with our latest bit of weirdness, and I hope you keep coming out here as long as the weather allows."

Please don't drown, your track record has been good so far!

Kathy spent the first half of class surfing and then settled in on a raft to lounge in the sun and read for a bit.

Before or after class.

Today Kitty was bringing iced coffee, because beach. And it wasn't even in a bucket, since she'd gone to JGOB. "Happy last day," she greeted him.

"Aww, you didn't have to do that," Clint said, but he took the coffee anyway because mmmm caffeine. "How's your day going?"

"Good," she said. "Watched too much TV, now thinking too much about the next school year. So there's coffee."

"Do you think you're going to teach here, or are you thinking more about things at home?" Clint asked.

"Both. Not sure what to teach here, and not sure if the fall at home is going to look any different than it does now," Kitty admitted. "Are you planning to keep doing this next semester?"

"I don't know if I'll teach this class, but I'd like to teach again. I just don't know what I know that these kids don't," Clint said with a laugh.

"Hmm. You already did your 'realizing your potential' class," Kitty said thoughtfully.

"I could do archery again, but the kids would probably get bored. Hey, since Irene went home, I wonder if anyone's teaching sex ed," Clint said with a grin.

"Oh god," Kitty said immediately.

"What? I know a lot about it, and how to be safe," Clint said. "I'd be honest with them, at least."

"I'm torn between 'Totally do it' and 'oh god they're going to picture us doing it,'" Kitty admitted. "Which... is probably dumb since radio exists and they've probably heard worse."

"Some of them might even be doing worse. I'd be afraid to know what kind of questions they might ask," Clint admitted.

"...Okay, do it, and tape the Q&A's, please," Kitty decided.

"See, now you're thinking," Clint teased. "You could do your class for people who are new to Fandom, and to this century and all. You're really nice to new people, especially when they're kids."

"I could," she considered. "That and the adulting class went over really well... Maybe something to think about."
