To be sure, Cosette hadn't been expecting to find a giant hourglass full of jelly beans on the desk when she came in this morning. Then again, she didn't expect most of Fandom's day-to-day little oddities, either, so she only blinked for a moment, laughed, and patted the hourglass on its side before starting in on her day's chores.
Of course, by midday (at which point she'd turned the hourglass over several times) she was starting to be just a little bit sorry that there was no way to get any of the jelly beans out and eat them.
At least they were still pretty colors, and fun to watch falling through the hourglass.
