There was only one robed figure standing before them today; a vaguely paranoid-looking one that kept checking the Danger Shop door. (Just in case Master Rand had any ideas about co-opting his class again like he had last semester.)

When no second figure appeared to make his entrance, he turned back to the class.

"Since this is a summer class, we will not have a regular exam," he said. "What I want you to do today is pick the weapon that fit you best in these past few weeks, and fight your way to the end of this course."

He made a single gesture with his hand, and behind him, the Danger Shop flickered to life. Featureless enemies made of golden light sprang to life behind him. Each student would draw in three as they attempted to make it to the other side of the course, where another door was visible, but he did not explain this.

Then he gestured in front of him, where an assortment of knives, staves, battle-axes and swords laid spread out across the table. "Pick your weapon. You may not switch after you begin, so choose wisely. May the Force be with you."

Half the Jedi, none of the sniping.

While there's a whole group of light-figures up ahead, only three will actually engage you: the first will be fast, the second will be strong, and the third will fight very unfairly.

Any further figures you engage will be entirely on you.

Raven picked out a decent sized knife and shifted to her natural blue form -- it was easier, she'd learned, to make the small subtle shifts that helped with her agility and speed when she wasn't trying to hold onto a full body shape, even one she had as much practice with as her usual blonde disguise.

Then she let out a happy little battle yell and charged towards the door.

... there is cake. Black forest cake.

Obi-Wan's still eyeing the door with suspicion.

Soren didn't know what was up with the suspicious looks, so he was just going to wonder if the light-beings in the simulation were based on creatures from Obi-Wan's home.

I've had the Sense8 theme song stuck in my head for the past week. Help.
