Survive the Island, Thusday 3rd Period

Cara had notified her students to meet her down at the park, where she waited for them with several exercise mats, a portable music system that was playing relentlessly upbeat techno, and a grin that was best described as chipper. Or possibly vaguely manic. Her clothing, which was significantly brighter, revealing, and somehow less skin-tight than her leathers, allowed them to see the large bitemark on her forearm.

Someone had had a very unwelcome visitor in their apartment, earlier.

"Great, you're all here," she said, still grinning at them. "Now the best way to keep out of trouble is to keep away from trouble, and the best way to do that is to keep fit. So today we're going to go through a routine or two that are going to get you into shape and keep you feeling your best."

"So let's get to it."

Kathy was alternating between giving 'Cara' weird looks (this much peppiness was terrifying) and keeping a weather eye out for more gremlins. One humiliating performance was enough for her, thanks.
