Anakin, bald as a thing that has no hair at all, stood in front of the class with what looked like a broomstick handle. "Today we learn about staffs." He pointed over at the padded jackets and helmets. "After you put on your attractive safety gear."

"We feel you've had enough experience with other weapons that we can leave you to practice by yourselves, with oversight," Obi-Wan added. "Though first, we will play an instructional film..."

Which turned out to be more "action sequence from a kung fu movie", but it was badass, so enjoy learning how to defend yourself using only wet laundry, kids! Your hand-to-hand combat will be using bo staff like semi-normal people. "You may begin," Anakin said after the holo finished up.

After careful contemplation, Face decided that Anakin didn't have the right shaped skull to make the bald look work.

Raven was doing her best not to look at Anakin's head.

Also, she was wondering why on earth the guy in the video had just decided to destroy lamps with wet laundry.

Raven picked up her bo staff and swung it around a few times experimentally -- then started spinning it around like a baton. It was a lot harder to spin a bo staff than a baton, but it did make an interesting whirring sound once she got it going fast enough!
