Like last week, Cara was holding class in her office again.

"I hear that the island has a sense of humour and decided to follow up last class with one of those weekends." Which was all she was going to say about last week's class and anything that might have happened in it. "Which means you get to spend this class talking about your feelings about your weekends. If you changed, were you expecting what you can remember about that version of yourself, do you want to avoid or embrace that fate. If you didn't, do you think there were any implications there about your future?"

"Alternatively, you can head down to the salle to punch things for the rest of class." She knew which she tended to pick.

So, the weekend...

"It was confusing, but it is over," Cassandra said, "And that is all the attention it deserves. Unless there is a mage who might have caused it."

"It's happened before," Cara said, not volunteering more information than that. "I doubt it's a mage."

"Too bad," Cassandra opined.

It was always nice to have someone responsible to hit.

"You could always try punching the island." Cara had provided a soothing violence option this week, but Cassandra had to find her own volunteer if she wanted to hit someone instead of something.

"The radio made it sound like your future self was pretty awesome," Kira said, like that might help. "And it's good that we were here instead of, you know, not being here."

"I am not upset," Cassandra clarified. "I simply wish to be sure there is no ill intent behind this magic."

A pause. "I was Divine. That seems unlikely."

"There was a zombie apocalypse that destroyed most of the world," Kathy said. "I'd like to avoid pretty much everything about that future."

Why talk when you can repress all your feelings?

Because she is good at words. Yes.
