Sociology of Violence (2nd Period)

Grissom hands out a study guide to the students as they enter.

"You will have this period to review the study guide, and clarify anything that's unclear to you. Feel free to dicuss the material with your fellow students, and have a nice break."

Sociology of the Paranormal (6th Period)

"You have your study guide, your notes, and the resources of the lab, your fellow students, and your professor if you have any questions.

Please use this period to review for your exam, and keep your voices down for those who wants to use the period for silent study."

Aeryn was going to try to come to class, but there was too much to do. So instead she shows up just after second period and asks, "You said arrangements could be made if I came back?"

"I did," he says with just a hint of a smile. "You're back for the rest of the semester?"

She nods and says, "Probably longer than that, but I'll finish out the cy- year."

Grissom opens a drawer, and pulls out a small packet.

"This is your study guide (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/tag/sociology) for the midterm. It includes the information you missed while you were gone. See what you can do, and come to me before class on Monday if you'll need an extension."

"Constable Fraser also came into class, so if you have the chance, you may want to speak to him at some point over break. There will be a question about his work on the exam."

Grissom hands her the study guide, with an "is this acceptable?" look.

Aeryn nods, taking the study guide without question. "I appreciate this."

"You're welcome," he says. "It's nice to have you back, Ms. Sun."

His expression is stern, but not unfriendly. "And don't hesitate to ask for an extension if you need clarification on the material, or struggle to catch up over break."

"I'll do what I can to avoid that," she assures him. "Thank you." And with that, she heads for the door.
