[Class #11 - The Shooter Job]

Today in the danger shop, the environment had been changed to look like a very large, open house, three stories, surrounded by a wrap-around porch, with an over-abundance of furniture (couches, overstuffed chairs, entertainment centers, pianos). Parker’s smile looked a little … manic.

“So, it’s just me today. Eliot’s a little -- tied up.” Now the smile looked a little more like a Death’s Head grin. “And so we’re going to have a nice, relaxing, easy day, with shooting things. Since he hates that, and this is our only chance.”

Marshmallow guns were laid out on a coffee table. Along with several bags of different flavored ammunition. And a very large bowl of popcorn.

“Go crazy.” Parker paused. “Not literally. There’s been too much of that.”

Edward had a habit of living in his own little world; Eliot's absence was the first time he'd noticed anything off about anything, and it wasn't enough to make note of.

Shooting, though... he was both intrigued and a little skeptical.

Then again, there was food involved...

With tasty snacks.

… well, Parker. Who’s the only one here today. And occasionally shooting you with a marshmallow gun. Ask her where Eliot is, if you want to.

Kaylin liked Eliot. So, she went up to Parker after class. "Is he okay?" she asked.

Parker looked grim. "I don't know. The Mothership has him."

Now that was baffling. "Mothership? What's that?"

"Aliens. From outer space." You know, not inner space. "They took the real Eliot and left a robot in his place. It took us a while to figure it out. But we'll get him back. I promise."

Her face undoubtedly showed her horror. "He's been kidnapped? How...? Can I help? I actually like him."

Awww, Kaylin. Eliot would be touched. And gruff.

"Hardison is tracking him from the robot signal. As soon as we know where he is, we'll get him back." Parker was also kinda touched. That was... nice, of Kaylin, to offer. "But if we do need help, we'll... yeah."

Parker paused, not sure what to do then, and uncertainly patted Kaylin's shoulder. "Thank you for asking."

"Okay," Kaylin said. And with about equal awkwardness she patted Parker's shoulder.

Well, if that was what one did...

"I'll be here."

YAY BDE and I almost totally forgot about this.

Kathy isn't here! She's off being horrible, sorry!
