Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

There were chairs and tables set up all across the lawn; some were by the bonfire, for the people who wanted to be warm and central to everything else at the picnic, and some were set farther away from the action, for the people who wanted more peace and quiet.

There was no escaping the glitter though. Sorry, but not really.

[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

"I guess in a sci-fi kind of way?" Amy tried. "Like she's from the past or something and she doesn't know you're going to wind up coming here yet? But then your sister back home would have remembered being here, right?"

All this was starting to give Amy a headache. She shook her head.

"She looks like your sister but she doesn't remember you coming here, and your actual sister is still back home," she summarized. "That is seriously fucked up."

Again with the potty mouth!

"I don't know which of us is in the past and which is in the future," Anna admitted. "Or if it split off somewhere and my past is supposed to be her future, but things changed, and the timeline got messed up?"

Anna shook her head. "That does sound seriously -- whatever you just said."

Her big sibling was Barry Ween. She'd probably be swearing like a champ inside the month.

Amy rubbed her forehead. This was why she didn't watch science fiction movies.

"Well, however it happened, at least there's good news," Amy offered. "It's seriously hard to ignore a sibling when you go to the same school. Trust me, I've tried. So you might end up getting your quality time after all."
