Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

There were chairs and tables set up all across the lawn; some were by the bonfire, for the people who wanted to be warm and central to everything else at the picnic, and some were set farther away from the action, for the people who wanted more peace and quiet.

There was no escaping the glitter though. Sorry, but not really.

[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

Anna was staring. A lot. Did he just set himself on fire!? The logical part of her brain pointed out how crazy and reckless something like that was, trick or no. But that part of her brain was really a shriveled little remnant, and right now it was being shouted down by a much larger part announcing:

"That was SO AWESOME."

"I'm not going to argue with that sentiment," Johnny said. "I use those powers to fight crime, take down monsters, you know, more awesome stuff."

Anna was not going to swoon over the burning hero guy. That would be vulgar, and really improper, considering she was semi-partly engaged.

"You make it sound so dashing," she laughed. "How do you find crimes to take down?"
