Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

There were chairs and tables set up all across the lawn; some were by the bonfire, for the people who wanted to be warm and central to everything else at the picnic, and some were set farther away from the action, for the people who wanted more peace and quiet.

There was no escaping the glitter though. Sorry, but not really.

[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

"Yet," Rapunzel agreed, ominously. (For a given, Rapunzel-influenced value of 'ominous,' anyway.) "You're from the desert, right? They don't have winter at all, or is it just, like, not snowy?"

"It gets a little colder?" Cecil shrugged. "Still more like Spring is here, though. Well, except mostly not wet. And I'd never seen snow until I came here! Well, not the water kind; just the radioactive or purple kind the government sends."

"Purple snow?" Rapunzel's eyes went wide. "We have snow in Corona, but I've never, you know, played in it or anything."

Which was maybe a plus side to this whole winter thing.

"I got to play with snow a little bit!" Cecil grinned. "In Skyrim. Elsa made just a little, and we built snowmen on the windowsill. It was really cold!"

"Elsa showed you that?" Rapunzel asked, dropping her voice. "That's -- isn't it neat, how she can make snow?"
