"I heard on the radio that Karla's class already took apart training dummies as part of their stress relief, so we'll go in the other direction," Anakin said. "Today we'll learn about yoga."

He waved toward the yoga mats. Everyone sit down. The Danger Shop began running a program as soon as everyone was settled.

Don't pull a hamstring, don't tip over, don't fall asleep...yoga is hard.

Imsert joke about Johnny showing off his flexibility for the ladies. No, he actually took stretching and stuff fairly seriously. He propelled his body through the air at crazy speeds. To do that, you needed to stay loose or you would crash into something and die. So look at Johnny, actually doing his work here.

Barry was no stranger to yoga.

Jeremy used to make all sorts of cracks about downward dog. Barry tried not to chuckle whenever he was in that position.

Yoga was one of those things that Daphne was very familiar with and pretty good at. Being flexible helped a lot in the different things she did with her friends and her classes.

After last night's common room party, this was maybe not the best day for Alana to try to demonstrate her flexibility. She kept flashing back to the porn and, wow, talk about a distraction.

She did okay with it anyhow, but she was glad when class was over.

Was it exactly two weeks since Jaina had been restricted to the Temple? Yes, it was. Had she booked a portal in a fit of boredom for the second she was allowed out again because she needed to see somewhere different? Yes, she kriffing had.

"Hey there," she greeted him after class.

"Hey stranger!" Anakin said, beaming at her happily before reaching out for a hug.

He'd gotten a haircut, Jaina. Marvel at the change.

"Don't you look different," she said, hugging him back.

"I lost my memory and apparently got a haircut," Anakin said. "It hasn't been this short since it was under a helmet."

"It looks good." Seriously. "You guys did the memory loss thing again, huh?"

"I started the weekend with a gremlin bite." He smiled. "Fortunately I forgot about it for two days."

"And no one sent me video?"

Everyone failed!

"Talk to Rory," Anakin grumbled. "She played Madonna for a solid week until Juliet wanted to know what a virgin was."

"Well, now this is happening," Jaina said. "You've got only yourself to blame."

"I've learned the hard way about trying to keep a secret in this family," Anakin grumbled. "What are you doing back? Not that it's not wonderful to see you because it is."

"I got into trouble for running a secret strike team dedicated to doing things like keeping the snapping Jedi out of Daala's hands." Absolutely no shame here. "Once I was finally allowed to leave the Temple again I had to get out for a couple days."

Anakin hugged her again. "Well, it's great to see you. Want to stay at the house? Juliet won't forgive me if you're here and she doesn't see you."

"Sure," she said, not actually sure what to do when someone didn't yell at her over that. It'd been an interesting couple weeks. "I'm only here till tomorrow night, and Rory can flip out over the ring."

"The ring! I can flip out over the ring, too!" Anakin said. "I meant to send back congratulations but Christopher was having a bad night and then I completely forgot. I'm so sorry."

"It's fine," she assured him, lifting up her left hand to show him. "It's been a crazy couple weeks."

"Well, you can lift your hand, so it's clearly not big enough..." Anakin said, reaching out for another hug. "Congratulations, my Jaina," he murmured more sincerely.

"Thank you," she said, hugging him back. "And it's definitely big enough. It's half my weight, I'm just very strong."

"That was my second choice," Anakin said. "I chose to be kind of mean instead."

"Don't be mean, I get enough mean back home," Jaina teased.

Just wait a couple weeks, Jaina.

Seriously, it was amazing most of them weren't raging alcoholics.

"All right, all right," Anakin said. "Do you need food? Coffee? Terrible but cute pictures Juliet drew?"

"Ooh, pictures," Jaina decided.

"Come with me to my office," Anakin said. "I think you'll really enjoy a portrait of a tiny Skywalker told she can't have a lightsaber. It's this stick person with huge tears."

"I knew I liked that kid," Jaina decided.

"She's a terror," Anakin said proudly.

"Hmm," Jaina said, "I think you mispronounced 'Skywalker'..."

Anakin made a face at her. "You're half Skywalker too."

"Exactly," she said honestly.

Anakin grinned. "Must be why I like you so much."
