How to be a Hired Gun/Merc - Monday - Period Three

Today Jayne sent a wave to have all his students show up at the junk yard for their lesson today.

When the students arrived at the junk yard they would find a large metallic crates lined up by the entrance. For each student their was a crate with their names written on them.

Misspelled of course.

"In the course of working you're going to have cargo," Jayne said as he took a sip from his flask. "Cargo you're not going to want people to find. Could be the military. Could be the local law enforcement. Your job is always to protect the cargo until your buyer can come and pick it up. Sometimes the best way to protect your cargo is to hide it."

He gestured to the junk yard behind him.

"You have 30 minutes to hide your crate in the junk yard. Go."

Raven rolled her eyes and glared at him again, an action that potentially had a much different effect in this particular form. "I dunno," she said. "Magic."

She wasn't about to try to explain mutants to this guy.

"I don't know what that is," Raven said, leaning down and grabbing her crate by the sides. "But you probably already are one."

She would love to just casually sling the crate up onto her back and set off like it was nothing, but she wasn't actually all that much stronger in a shape like this, she just had more leverage. So instead she just lifted it a little, lengthening her arms so she didn't have to hunch, and heaved it off to go find a hiding place.
