Faculty Meeting, Wednesday (After Classes)

Putting together a faculty meeting, Zoe realized, wasn't that different from putting together a Student Council meeting. Today, she'd set things up in the faculty lounge; there was food - donuts, coffee, and cold drinks - and clean chairs and tables for people to sit at. Once most of the staff had arrived and gotten something to eat, she went to the front of the room.

"Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you all for coming," she said. "I'll admit, I don't really have any business to talk about. This is more of an opportunity for you all to have a chance to talk to each other about how things are going, or about the students, or anything you might need from me and the others. Does anyone have anything to bring up?"

I thought about putting this in the fandom_lounge community but I figured it was more likely to be seen here. :) Also, now I want donuts mmmmmm sugary goodness.

Me too. :( But since they'd make me sick, I'll settle for continuing to nurse my sugar-free extra-shot latte.
