"Welcome to Ink & Holes." Yup, another e-mail went out that the class was meeting somewhere outside of the school grounds. "Everybody got those ID's we... ahem? Cool. Look around at the flash. Talk to the tattoo artists. I want you to walk out of here with at least some mehndi, henna or stick-on. Let's see some self-expression here. Or, if you want to pierce yourself, that's cool too." She looked around for Cecil and pointed to him. "Dude, they have animated tattoos!"

Okay, not quite the eldritch kind he was hoping for, but still.

"Look around, knock yourself out, we're getting ice cream afters."

"I don't know," Cecil confessed, eyeing the pictures all over. "I do sort of like the eyes and swirly things, but it's not as much fun if they don't move..."

Which didn't mean he wasn't thinking about it.

"Oo, I like that!" Cecil smiled. "Maybe the henna or something?"

"That could be really neat. They use it in hair dyes, you know."

"I don't think I want to dye my hair. But I can get all kinds of things!" He was really getting into this now.

"I meant that it dyes things really well. Like skin. You could put eyes on your arms."

"Come on!" Cecil found one of the employees and proceeded to get a slot to get henna eyes and swirls and abstract things all over both arms.
