"Today being our last class, it's time for our dress rehearsal, as it were." Hannibal smiled at his students. "I hope you each know your recipes and how they fit into the meal as a whole. I will be here and answering questions, and I will certainly help, but this is meant to be your learning experience, so I won't be doing it all for you. Today is the day for working out any last-minute issues."

Zhari studied her recipe, making sure that she was reading it correctly and that it didn't have any little hidden instructions. Her mothers were good for that, things like 'add cream to sauteed onions' without ever having 'sautee onions' as a step.
