Billy was so, so ready for spring. He'd been freezing all morning, and when he got to the library, he discovered that the heat wasn't working properly, and it was freezing in there too. He ran back to his room and grabbed a blanket, so anyone who came into the library today would be greeted by a Billy burrito.
