General Physical Conditioning

First half hour is floor hockey.

(OOC request: Could the TA please take the class Thursday? I hope to be better, but I'm sick enough that my prof shooed me out of lecture, which is why this post is earlier than usual. I am so not inspired.)

"Aw, c'mon, Lana!" yells Anders, waving at her with his hockey stick. "It's fun!"

"I just have these images of getting wacked upside the head," she replied, but gamely made her way out onto the court to play.

"High-sticking gets you time in the penalty box," Anders says, nodding solemnly. "I learned that from the TV this week. And I don't think we're gonna get crazy enough to have a whole lot of that happening, but if anybody does? Penalty box. Totally."

"Sounds good," Lana says nodding and throws herself into the game with some enthusiasm - and more skill than she would have thought she had, at least for getting out of the way handily.
