"So what's with the dress, Pippi? I didn't know you really liked wearing anything that wasn't pirate-like. or maybe you're an undercover pirate?" he suggested, raising an eyebrow. "Or maybe a ninja pirate?"

He suddenly thinks of water balloons and doesn't know why.

Pippi leans into Victor and waggles a finger.

"Oh no." She says solemly, "The union between ninja and pirate is a forbidden one... Not that I'm against mixed marrages. But I wouldn't want to be around for family reunions or Christmass."

"Are you in any shape for a dance?" Walter asked, recognizing the earnestness and slight slurring of the inebriated.

Pippi pats herself down, then draws her shape out in the air in front of her with her hands.

"Yup!"

"This song (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/653795.html?thread=31076835#t31076835) sounds good." Walter nodded toward the dance floor.

"An undercover pirate. That's it." Walter said, handing Victor a cup of punch and taking a sip of his own. He grimaced and made a warning face at Victor. It tasted as though it was no longer unspiked.
