"I tend not to," Peter said. "I don't really like the idea of not being in control at all. I'm too concerned that I'd be a jerk and misuse my powers like that ass, Superman, according to that one joke."

"You know, you assume that everybody listens to the radio..." Peter said. "But, yeah, I have powers. I haven't had much use for them here, fortunately, but there have been a couple incidents."

Zero, bless her, grew up on a steady diet of comic books, so the first thing that comes to mind is, "D'you have a comic? 'Cause that'd be swerval."

"No comic. But they did make a movie about me. I didn't get a cut of the profits, unfortunately. Secret identity and all," Peter said, shrugging.

"You should've. You could've set up one of those accounts where you can access it so long as you have the right number. Blights about the comic thing, though. I always thought it would be really swerval to have a comic about me. Except maybe not. 'M not exactly a superhero."

"It really would be cool to have my own comic. That would be the ultimate," Peter said.

"You may not have powers, but you have the mallet. A good weapon can work just fine in the hero game. Don't forget, you've already scared me into promising to never return a book late."

"Probably not. Unless you want to be a villain, but then we'd have to fight and I really don't want that," Peter said. "I think it's better for both of us to classify you as an intimidating superhero."

"Don't you just love family?" Peter asked. "A name would be helpful. You could try to be cute and go with 'Agent Zero' or something. Or maybe something based on the mallet?"

"I'm probably not the best person to ask about names, though. My powers are spider-based, so I called myself 'Spider-Man.' Not stunningly original."
