Sometimes Cassidy did things that made a great deal of sense. Quite often, really. She was a generally logical girl.
This time, however, was not one of them.
She'd gathered up half a dozen or so books and had them in a line on the desk in front of her. Not the illogical part.
That would be that she was trying to convince them to sing the theme song to a TV show she'd been watching the other day.
The book from Music Theory was making an attempt because that's just what it did, but the rest of them -- including the book on rebellions throughout history, or maybe especially that book -- were just sitting there. If they could've, they would have been giving her Looks of varying degrees.
Somewhere Shira was hit with the urge to facepalm and she didn't know why.
