Wow, class was so much easier to deal with when everyone wasn't hopped up on hormones. Jess never thought she'd even have to think that thought.

As you should know because I know you all read the book last week." Assuming everyone had been reading and not doing it last week. Next week we're on break, so you'll have an extra week to work on your book reports, and yes, you have to do a book report over break but you still only have this class once a week so it's not a big deal, no one complain. So today we're going to do some discussing, and hopefully you remember over the next two weeks. No pressure."
