"Hey, guys," Jess greeted the class. "Last week I gave you ~~the meta for~~ Treasure Island, and hopefully you got the reading done. If not, you have a little bit of a reprieve, because we're going to watch a movie version of it. But don't think you're getting off easy. You still have to write a book report for next week, and I want at least two comparisons of the book versus the movie in there. And no, 'the movie had puppets' isn't one of the comparisons you can have unless you want points off."

Because of course you were watching the version with puppets. It'd be silly to thik you weren't.
