Desert Island Survival, Tuesday Fourth Period

"This week," Petra announced, "we're going to explore a little bit. So far, we've stuck to the beach, but there's a whole jungle in there--and yes, I programmed some of it. Enough for you guys to look around, anyway. I encourage you to stay in a group, or at least in pairs, but if anyone wants to wander off by themselves that's totally fine, just remember it does increase your risk. This is just a simulation, so no one needs to worry about anything, but if this were real life I would say that staying on the beach is also a totally legitimate choice no one should be heckled for. Someone has to tend the rescue fire, after all. As it is, I'm shooing you all in there, and I'll see you when the simulation ends. Have fun!"

Gather, react, form groups if you wish.

It's a jungle. Trees, other plants, assorted animal noises.

Maybe you want to gather some plants? Just watch out for those berries, picking them will make the simulation really trippy for five minutes.

"Okay, we have leaves. We have... underbrush. And we have shiny berries. Who wants to go first?"

You found a river! Source of fresh water, yay!

Watch out for the flash flood, though.

A giant feathered snake appears out of nowhere and tries to eat you whole! What do you do?

((You can either mod your giant feathered snake encounter or ping me below. If the snake eats you and you don't manage to escape within five minutes of being eaten, you'll be shut out of the simulation as 'dead'.))
