Cultural Appreciation, Monday

At the front of the class today was not The Thunderer, Bearer of Fabulous Abs, Avenger, and god, Thor. Instead it was Loki and what appeared to be a corgi wearing a helmet and cape. It even had a tiny squeaky mjolnir that had taken Loki far to long to find for purchase.

"Greetings, fellow classmates," Loki said cheerfully. "My brother is, ah, indisposed at the moment, so I will be leading class in his stead."

Aren't you all thrilled?

"Since we are to learn of cultures through food, I thought it best to choose one of the items I first tried when arriving here in Fandom: pizza."

Yeah, it was a pizza party. "I have procured a number of varieties so that you may sample them at your leisure," he added. "But please do not feed them to my brother. I fear for the safety of my room and sense of smell should he consume too much cheese."

James stared at the Thorgi, blinking in confusion. He waved a paper at Loki, one that looked very official. "Um. I'm supposed to be a T.A. for this course, with Thor." Ok, that squeeky hammer was adorable. "So. Hi? I'm James."

"Ah, a fellow TA!" he said with a bit of a grin. "This is he?" he asked, waving a hand at the God of Thunder (and Walkies). "This island." He shook his head. Probably not the best time to go off on how he was not a fan of crazy islands or magic.
