Another semester, another round of introductions! And also a table piled high with different varieties of ice cream, popsicles, and other frozen desserts.

"Good afternoon, students! I am Thor, of Asgard, and I shall be leading you on a journey in these next several weeks where we will compare the various flavours of the many cultures of Midgard!" That wasn't even a metaphor, class was literally going to involve eating a lot of different foods.

"But first, we must get to know each other. You, begin!" A beat, and then he added: "With your name, year of schooling, and a favourite food."

...Not that there's much of one.

Victor. Was taking. A class. From Thor. Some days, his little fanboy heart still really loved being in Fandom.

"Hey, I'm Victor Mancha," he said, when it was his turn. "Senior. My favorite food is tamales."

So the teacher was tall, cute, and had the right idea about which parts of culture to appreciate, this class probably wasn't going to suck.

"I'm Emma, I'm gonna be a junior in the fall." Now came the hard part. "I just kind of like food in general."

When they ping in.

Loki was always pleased to be in class with his brother, of course. Because why not?

BY THIS TIME FOUR DAYS FROM NOW I WILL BE ON MY WAY TO SAN DIEGOOOOOO.

Now I have to see if anyone's taking this class *and* Hannibal's. They could work at some interesting cross-purposes... ;)

Hahaha, yes. I realized, belatedly, there was some thematic overlap, but life's been crazy enough for me lately that I just didn't have the skillz to think of a whole new class idea. OH WELL. MORE FOOD FOR EVERYONE.

Yeah, I didn't realize, either. Don't worry; I have a feeling Thor's food will be...substantially different from Hannibal's? LOL

(And it looks like the only student in both is Emma Swan. She may regret her whole "any free food is good food" thing by the end of summer!)

(Pfffft. Like that'll happen to Miss 'So chimera is like turducken? *shrug* *nom*'.)

Hee! In that case, she will be Hannibal's favorite student!
