Pip comes in and takes a seat across from Blair after grabbing a tray. "You know, it's been a while since I had a good sele. The Cheeckee Feengers compliment it perfectly."

Blair smiled. "I was always confused by those. It's like buffalo wings, why name something after an appendage the animal doesn't have?"

"Because it helps seperate people from the idea that they're eating a living animal? I dunno." He took a bite out of a feenger. "Why aren't you eating anything?"

"That's true. I hadn't really thought of it that way." Blair bit his lip and shrugged. "Honestly, I feel like you're going to yell at me and I didn't feel like eating during that."

"I thought about yelling at you," Pip admitted. "But I came to the conclusion that it really wouldn't serve much of a point."

He slid the box of chickent fingers over. "Now, eat. And while you eat, tell me exactly what happened, from the beginning."

Blair took a cheeckee feenger and munched before speaking. "Start from the beginning of dating or the beginning of my date with Nadia?"

Takes a little bit of everything and heads to Blair and Pip's table.

Then she sees they have their heads together about something, so she just gives them a smile and veers off to bother Ed and Victor.

"Beginning of dating. I want to hear the whole thing from the very start," Pip said.

Blair snagged another feenger and started in, pushing his research notebook across the table. "I went to the guys strategy session and asked about single girls because I've never dated before and it interested me. I got a list and did a paper (http://lovechildblair.livejournal.com/7508.html) on the girls and did some research and then I attempted to intiate contact. I gave Molly a gift and did small talk and then I hung out with Nadia on game night and asked her out for muffins. Then I asked Jaye out for a research only date to help me learn about dating and it went well and it wasn't a real kiss. Then Angela got back together with Marty so I talked to her about it and we decided it was bad timing. Then I went for hot chocolate on Tuesday with Molly and then dinner with Nadia on Tuesday night."

"She found out that I was doing an experiment and I explained that I was trying to learn but I wasn't dating her falsely but she was really upset about me dating Molly too. She didn't seem to mind about Jaye."

Pip nodded. "Jaye's attatched. She doesn't have to worry about competition. Molly..." he gestured with his his cigarette. "Molly's different." He took a long drag. "What did Nadia say, exactly."

"She said that she likes her men to be hers and not dating other girls." Blair paused. "What's wrong about Molly? She seems normal"

"She is normal," Pip said. "Well, normal as most people are around here. And like most normal girls, she'll probably also tell you that she likes her men to be hers and not dating other girls." He grinned. "I just did a project on marriage, Blair. Mongomy is generally considered the way of the game in many cultures."

Blair nodded. "Many cultures define marriages as between just two people. But I'm not talking about getting married! I was just dating! First dates even! Nothing I researched indicated that American teenagers had monogomous relationships as the rule."

Pip scratched the back of his head. "Yeah... but to the girls, it seems like you're being disengenous. Girls like to feel special, Blair. And if you asked someone else out on a date not ten minutes after your first date with someone else, it could seem to them like you didn't really think that that date mattered."

"Okay, I hear that. Now what do I do? I like Molly and I like Nadia and I think they're both special and I don't want to hurt them and.." He laid his head down on the table with a little thump.

"I'm screwed, aren't I?"

Pip smiled and patted Blair on the shoulder. "Well, kind of. It's not a situation I would envy ~~but might be in soon because a friend of mine wants to join as my canon love interest~~. I mean... I guess you've got three choices, my friend. Date Molly. Date Nadia. Or date neither of them. At least for a little while. I can't tell you what the right decision is, because not only do I not know, I can't make that decision for you, ya know?"

He winced. "I sound like my father."

"Either way, I need to talk to both of them. I haven't even told Molly about the fact that I was dating other people yet."

Blair smiled slightly at Pip. "Thanks man, it's real cool of you to talk to me about this. I appreciate it."

Pip nodded. "You should definitely tell Molly. Honest thing to do." He grinned. "Well, anytime, man. If you ever need to talk, you know where I live."

Blair nodded and snatched up another cheeckee feenger and his backpack. "Thanks for the food too, Pip. I'll let you know how it goes. See ya later!"
