Jaye didn't know why she always got classes on Monday when that meant she had to work on what should really be a three-day weekend, but at the same time, what Jaye did couldn't really be called 'work.' Still, she couldn't sleep in, so, meh.

"Today we're getting the meta for Con Air, a movie about Nicolas Cage on a flight full of convicts where they get control of the plane and everything goes bad. Basically you get to hang out here and watch a movie with a lot of explosions and then head out to get tan or barbecue or sleeping some more, all way more viable options for your Memorial Day than sitting here."

She paused. "You still have to stay here though. You showed up, that's your own fault."

At least this was an action movie. Jim figured he could stay away for something with lots of loud explosions and shooting and stuff.

Jessica didn't care for today so far. Having class on a federal holiday was part of it. So was the fact that the blonde thing didn't go the way she really wanted.

The big thing, though, was the fact that she was currently a Scottish terrier. Seriously, did not see that one coming.

The only bright spot right now was that the movie was reliably bad, and all she had to do was watch it.
