Summer Fitness, Monday 2nd Period, 5/20

Today, the overly muscular blond teacher had taken his rightful place at the head of the class. "Good morning," he said, "and welcome to Summer Fitness. I'm sure you all introduced yourselves to each other last week--and I do apologize for my absence--so I'll just introduce myself this week. I'm Steve Rogers, and I'll be your instructor. Mr. Rogers is fine. So let's just get into it. We'll do some warm-up exercises and then we're going to climb a rope."

The ropes were easy enough, but boring. Raven would have preferred if they got to swing around on them.

Apparently Zeela had not brought her upper body strength. She got about a bodylength and a half up and then just couldn't seem to get much higher.

She kept trying though, through the end of the class period, while giving the other people covertly jealous glances as they darted up to the top of the rope and back down again.

Stupid rope. She wasn't going to best you today, but don't be as so foolish as to think this was over.

Shira made it up the rope easily enough -- a little bit of struggle at the start, but then she scaled it fairly quickly. Not all that difficult, thankfully. She wasn't in the mood for difficult today.
