Mathematics: All Classes: Wednesday 15.2.6: 1. period: TEST

The tables and chairs have been pushed apart today, because today is Test Day, oh yes.

Charlie is looking very pleased with himself as he hands out the test papers. Then he goes to sit down behind his desk and relax with some Sudoku puzzles.

(ooc: You have until Saturday to do the test, but please sign in today.
The Advanced pair will be given a more practical test as soon as I can think one up, so just sign in today and make paper airplanes or something.)

There are scientists who say that rather than having less belief in God after learning more about the way the universe works, they in fact have a greater belief in God’s hand in the grand design and order of the universe.

It may be small things, like the geometrically precise steps one can see in a chambered nautilus’ shell, or bigger things like the fact that bees use advanced geometry to communicate to each other the precise direction of a patch of pollen-bearing flowers. Those are two things we might see as random, but which are in fact, ordered with a precision that is above our ability to comprehend.

Everything, except perhaps humanish relationships, appears to be mathematically explicable. Even things that we might think are purely paranormal.

Walter finishes up and hands in his paper.
