The Library, Thursday

All in all, Evan had gotten through yesterday... mostly unscathed. He'd made an embarrassing slip of the tongue or two, but nothing horrible or incriminating. Then again, that wasn't much of a stretch from a normal day. Evan wasn't a huge fan of lying. Heck, he wasn't even very good at it.

So when he got into the library and there were a bunch of books on his desk about bluffing, acting, and creatively stretching the truth, he kind of just blinked, wrinkled his nose, and started to gather them up to put them away, looking maybe even a little annoyed by the prospect.

"Nobody likes a liar, you know," he scolded them as he stuck them back on the shelves. "It's just tacky."
