"Good afternoon," Bond began. "Back in the late eighties, early nineties a food movement called molecular gastronomy started, that was very concerned with the science of cookery, breaking things down and putting them back together, the results were considered avant garde, and occasionally somewhat ridiculous. But in addition to the foams and spheres and gels, they also closely examined the techniques for cooking more normal food."

Bond gestured to the holographic man. "Which is why Heston here is going to take you through his techniques for cooking steak and potatoes"

Hey, this was actually a meal Jim wanted to learn. Meat and potatoes was gonna be a classic dinner for any freaking time in history.

Sure, maybe his potato would be a little burned but everything else was gonna turn out pretty good.

The only thing nicer than potatoes roasted like this, is potatoes squished down halway through roasting like this so there's even MORE surface area to get golden and crispy.
