There Will Be Cake [Tuesday, Period Three]

There were a lot of ingredients set out for the students today. A lot. Obviously this was not something to worry about.

"Good afternoon class," Bond greeted them. "As many of you are aware, Valentine's Day is coming up, and it's as good an excuse as any to treat your partner, a friend, or simply yourself, to a special home cooked meal. However, unless you are at the very least fairly competent at attempting new recipes, spontaneously deciding to try something special on the day can be risky. So today you'll be putting together a for two consisting of an entrée, a main and dessert."

"I've put together a selection of menu suggestions, so look through them and try to find something you feel capable of attempting."

Kate had no plans for Valentine's Day. But she was absolutely convinced that if she DID have plans, they would not include Stuffed Noodle Soup.

...chocolate fondue, in the other hand, was doable. She started to get out the chocolate and cut up fruit for that one. If anyone wanted to join in on the on due action, there was plenty to go around.

Jim scratched his cheek and surveyed the ingredients in front of him. He didn't have anything going for Valentine's Day but man, if he did, he'd just take the girl out.

Maybe he could get by with some edible French fries. He'd go with that one to start with.

Richie would much rather go out or order in or somehow convince someone else to cook this stuff for him. He could make an attempt at least.

But it was a sad attempt. Very sad.
